Yeah, if you top 110 wpm, you need to "prove it." I had to do it when I hit around 135, and then I had to prove it again when I hit 160.

They don't have accounts per say it seems.. The way I did it just now was click on their link at the bottom to go to myspace and add it as a myspace app.. Then it uses that to record my scores.

I am VERY good at capitalizing the second letter of the word, and then having to delete like the next three words because I just continued. That's what's killing me. I'd probably average around 110 if I could get rid of stupid typos like that.

Yeah, it took me a minute to figure out why I was making so many mistakes (at about a 4 to 1 clip versus when I'm typing in a word processor or something). Then I realized that I'm not making any more mistakes...I just don't have anything automatically correcting those mistakes. If the typing test added a Word auto-correct thing, it'd put my numbers through the roof.

I do the same, it's easier to start from the beginning than look at what you've typed, look at the text and figure out where the error happened. My 2 brain cells can't process all this info at once... much easier to start from the beginning.

Oh and I'm not a fan of one line at a time, that dropped my typing speed by like 15.
