I have downloaded the draft files that are linked in the sticky. A great thank you to the guy that made them, you really keep me addcted to the game. But a thing i always wanted to try is to start in 1960 and then choose randomly the draft files...in this way i'll not know which players will be in next year's draft. So i downloaded the draft editor. I open the .faf file and find all the ratings....now my question:
- can i change the years of all the players (so if i want the 2000 draft made in 1960 i change the birthdays from 1978 to 1938)
- there are some missing values, like pass rush strenght...how they are handled??
- which are the min-max values for the ratings???

Thanks a lot for any help. ;)

Yes, but it is quite difficult to do so, the draft file editor, at least the one I am familiar with (looks like a spreadsheet) doesn't have spreadsheet functionality. So you can do it, but you would manually have to change all of the data, the only thing that may work would be to copy the column to excel, then see if you can copy it back into the editor, and I only say may because I don't think I tried this when playing around with it

They are randomly generated when imported into FOF, there seems to be slight weight given to other ratings (so a great player tends to have better ratings in the categories that you can't control than a poor one) but you don't have any real control over them.

375 to 625 for all the on field ratings, 1 to 100 for things like intelligence and 0 to i think 7 or 8 for injury, where 0 is rarely injured and anything above 3 means their made of glass.
