F1-TM is an online management simulation where you play against 9 other teams run by real people, all fighting for the glory of the championship.
As the manager it is your responsibility to run every aspect of your team, such as the drivers, staff, research projects, custom engine development, testing days and the race strategy.
You can play in either a 1 day format, or 2 day format. The 1 day format will mean you have your qualifying and race run every day of the week. On the 2 day format you will still have the qualifying and race on the same day, but you will have a day off in between races - making it ideal if you are unable to make it to your computer every day.
Manage your finances, signing the best drivers, setting up the race strategy, creating research and development teams with projects to focus on, signing suppliers and improving your facilities.
It has all come down to this moment, every aspect of your team has been set up for this race. As the lights go out, you shout “GO” into your microphone and you see your cars pulling away...

Seems like a very cool racing sim for those into racing. Qualifing and the race happen live. You also get 2 drivers for your team for a total of 20 drivers in each race from 10 human players in your league. You also play a 18 race season. It seems to be the best free racing sim Ive seen so far.
My guys got 3rd and 4th in my first race today,and put me tied for first in my league so far.
