Hey, just moved and havin some trouble with the internet connection over here. I moved in with two guys who have already been here for a few months, one is using a land connection and the other guy is wireless. They set me up (I'm wireless as well) with their network and password, and it is fine and seems to accept it when I enter it.

But I'm getting a Limited/No Connectivity with it, and don't know why. Do I need to be added through someone else's computer or something? What am I missing?

As an aside, I would be satisfied with continually just stealin the dude across the way's internet except for the fact that it is slow as balls and I had to hit refresh a shit ton of times just to get this thread made.

Did you try resetting your wireless card?

No, uh, you mean just disabling then enabling wireless?

Yeah, on my laptop I've pushed the wireless switch to off and then on whenever I've had that type of problem.

Sometimes it fixes it, other times it doesn't.

This may be a stupid question, but how far are you from the wireless transmitter? How many walls between you and it?
