At least as a lawyer. He had the cojones to walk out on his own disbarment hearing today in Florida. The court recommended an "enhanced disbarment", which means means Thompson would be disbarred and prohibited from applying to practice law again for ten years.

I tried to read his statement to the court, which of course, is the ramblings of a paranoid idiot.. but I had to laugh at the bottom of the statement

I HEREBY CERTIFY that this has likely been hand-delivered this June 4, 2008, to Bar staff counsel Sheila Tuma in the courtroom.

Sounds like someone forgot what the legal definition of the word CERTIFY is :)

He seems really unhinged and out of touch with reality. I wonder if he's been spending a lot of time around anything that makes people that way.
