I can't get the formating right, so you'll have to skew your eyes a bit to follow down the columns.
When I refer to the # on the board, this was my own personal draft board. Yours is most likely different, it was just where I thought they slotted. My draft board favored youth over age where possible, but for the most part I ranked the players with an eye to current talent, age, and potential. Players in the field were given a slight bump over pitchers.

This guy went right about where I thought he should have talent wise. Defensively, he's far above average. At the plate, he's ready for the majors. He has the potential to bat anywhere
from #1 to #5. Only downside is his age(24). He is an instant starter, however. Solid pick

Again, another guy slotted right where I thought he would. Average defensively, and for the most part offensively. Could develop a very good ability to put the ball in play. Exhibits
good speed. Ready to play, and at 21, has good upside. Looks like a great #2 hitter.

Great value for this pick. He's only 19, so he'll be in the minors for a few years, but for a 3rd round pick, he has potential. If he pans out, he could be a #4 or #5 starter.

A pick for the present. Girton, 24, is major league ready. He's better than average in all categories, showing very good finesse and control. He's an instant #3-#5 starter.

Rowe is young, but ultimately, has little upside. He has little growth potential, and what skill he shows now, is not good enough for the majors. He may surprise and bloom in the
minors, but as is, will likely get released. I think Atlanta could have gotten much better value at this pick.

Another ready for prime time starting pitcher taken in the first round. You can't fault taking a pitcher who can step into your starting rotation. I, however, believe there was much
better talent at #6, and even if going for a SP who could play now, the pick could have gone elsewhere for more value. As it stands, Davis could develop into a special finesse pitcher, but
at 24, he'll have to hurry. A #5 starter now, #3 if he develops.

I can't knock this pick at all. I like Conley a lot. In fact, I had Davis(1st rd.) and Conley very close. Ultimately, I think Conley will prove to be the better of the two pitchers. He'll likely be in the minors for a year or two for seasoning. He shows the signs of becoming a competent starter, and perhaps even a #2. A strong pick.

I see where the Celtics were going with this, but I think he pulled the trigger way too early. He's a huge power pitcher, and at 21, is still young. He has little upside however, and his current skill isn't really ready yet. He could be a closer, with all his heat, but his control is very shakey. I'd say he is a MR, with closer potential. Better value could have been had. I think he was enamoured by the radar gun.

An excellent pick. Another reliever, Spafford shows good potential to grow. While not ready to play yet, I see him up next season, or the season after. He is a solid pitcher, who

Picking the last player in the draft, and grabbing a decent player. Bowman is a ready benchplayer right now. He shows some very nice range at SS, and is considered to be the best defensive SS in the draft. He is capable from the plate, and has adequate speed. A nice pick.

I'm extremely happy with this pick, but it is not without risks. Cherry is a project player, and at 22, there is a lot of work to be done to fulfill his potential and not a lot of time.. He has a bit of a weak arm for a RF, but has a soft glove, and we think he'll develop some range. Offensively, he could really bloom. He has great potential to be a high AVG hitter, and make great contact. He is a threat with his legs as well. He could very well bust, but Cherry has a load of talent.

As happy as I was we got Cherry, I think this may even be a better pick. Piotrowski has the potential to be a great hitter for AVG, have a decent eye. He is a slug on the basepaths,
but that can be overcome. Devensively, he's below average, though he may develop some range. Currently, he's a bottom of the order hitter. With a few seasons in the minors, he could slot
into #2 or a #5-6 hitter depending on how he develops.

2nd to last pick in the draft. Just hope for something worth developing. We got just that with Harrison. Harrison is young at 18, and has some good room to grow. He's of no threat

Can't argue with this pick. This is a SP ready to go. Downsides, as with the many first round SP, are the age, and the lack of potential. Potential doesn't matter all that much, when the present shows him to be a #2-#3 pitcher right out of the draft though. Nice pick.

Bailey is not a bad player, but I think this was a bit of a reach. His speed was probably alluring, but at his age, I don't see it increasing much. He makes decent contact, and his eye will likely improve. The balance of the pick lies with how he can hit for avg, and how far he comes along defensively. If he can grow in both of those areas, this will be a good pick.
