It turned out to be the testers that crashed the plane in France.

Yeah that is pretty bad.

A guy who drove with the company I was with last year had the choice of ramming into a car with kids or driving off the road and rolling his truck. He chose destroying his truck. He was still getting crap for it from the company 6 months later.

I thought that would have been a pretty bad day as well, but not as bad as if he had chose to hit the car.
