TCY Utility

Does anyone have that TCY util that lets you output to HTML? All the links for it are dead.

It's the one by cwilloughby that is mentioned in this thread (http://www.operationsports.com/fofc/showthread.php?t=19230&highlight=TCY+HTML+Export+utility)

SD should have it. I emailed it to him the other day when I found it on an external HD I have after looking for it for someone else.

Funny that it is on suicane.com though. I asked him if he knew anything about it and he had no idea. :)
