FOF 2004 Uninstall

Need help from someone PC savy...

FOF 2004 is still showing up in my "add/delete programs" list but I can't find it anywhere in my C drive. Assuming I did some backwards "uninstallation" (aka deleted the folders) how can I get it cleared off my HD?

Any help appreciated...

Usually, if you've uninstalled it, but it still shows up in your programs list, it's because it's still lingering in your system registry. You can use regedit from the Run menu if you're not too apprehensive to do it manually.

Not apprehensive at all, can you walk me the rest of the steps after Start/Run/type regedit....
