View Full Version : Conflict between RBs

I have two RBs that are both useful. One is my short yardage back and the other is the speed back. The short yardage RB is my backfield leader. The starter (the faster back) has an extreme conflict with the short yardage RB. Will an extreme conflict between these two guys affect my offense? They shouldn't be on the field at the same time (neither fills in at FB). I was wondering if it would affect the offense because the conflict would affect how they prepare for the game?

I'd like to keep both of them, but if that's not possible, I'll look to move one of them.

Thanks,

Mark

Testing has shown that yes, it will, whether they're on the field at the same time or not. It's hard to say to what degree, though.

An alternate solution to moving one of them would be bringing in a new RB or FB who can take over as position leader and has a conflict with neither.
