I just imported one of my careers from OOTP4 into OOTP5. At the end of my first OOTP5 season I went to sign my players and I have $1.38 billion dollars available. Now as I write this I'm kinda thinking this way somehow possible in OOTP4, but I'm not sure. In any case I guess I just have to start a new career or continue my first.
