Recommended PC games for a 3-year old?

I recently tried out Fisher-Price Little People Farm with my almost-3 year old son. He thought it was fun, but there must be other suitable games for his age group out there? Any recommendations?

Gametap has all the Humongous games franchises back - Freddi Fish, Putt-Putt.

Plus everything else, of course. :)
