The program I used last year, PCDrafter, has crapped out on me as it doesn't appear to handle some league settings of mine (nothing out of the ordinary trust me).
Has anyone used Rotowire's? I'm looking for one that updates player value as you draft. I used Roto for baseball and I think I remember it having this feature.
If not Roto or PCDrafter, any others?
Thanks for the input!

It doesn't update player's values as you go along in the draft, but it does calculate player's VBD (value based drafting) or at least sort of. It also calculates players' fantasy totals based on your league settings and what statistics you project the player to have. It uses Excel and is free.

Probably not what you are looking for though since it doesn't update players' values as the draft continues.

I think the free version of the footballguys app does all that:

Does this allow for a league using 2 starting QB's?
Does it recalculate during the draft?
Is there a demo?

You enter your league settings (point system, positions) and it will calculate rankings based on those.
I never use it during the draft. Always print out and use the projections and rankings. Their baseball software does recalculate during draft but not sure about the football.
Past seasons they had a demo available. I just searched the website and cannot find one. Try sending them an email. They are usually very prompt in answering emails.

I have used the Draft Dominator (DD) for years now and love it.
I have tried a few of the others and always come back to DD.
It handles just about every scoring system and starting lineup (even IDP).
It handles Keepers (you can actually enter them in before the draft).
It handles unique draft types (Third Round Reversal, etc).
It allows you to input your own league-specific ADP.I have yet to see any of the other programs handle as well as the DD program (if they handle them at all).
$26.95 for a yearly subscription (http://footballguys.com/whysubscribe.php) to website as well as DD and all of there other tools.
I am not employed by Footballguys.

Rotoworld has also created a program called Draft Master 2008.
Rotoworld.com -> Draft Master (http://draftmaster.rotoworld.com/)
I believe it is $10, but it's a good program and has constant updates to projections and news.

And to reiterate, there's a free version of the draft tool. It doesn't have the latest projections and depth charts, but for what he's looking for it will do fine.
But you're right, that site is ridiculously cheap for all the value it provides.
