Well my office has gotten into a modified version of this (and it's sit-up sister). Did my initial test at 73. Situps at 50. I'm on week 2 so we'll see how it goes.

What is the difference on the modified version?

We made our own modifications where we do it more often a week but doesn't increment the push-ups between each day as much. We only rest for 60 seconds no matter the day since we can only use up so much office time. Also we didn't follow the proper tiers so everyone does the same amount until the maxing out portion.

Did my first time of this after some months off. Fortunately I was able to pick up where I left off pretty much. Numbers in parentheses are the ones I had to cheat on. Cheating for push ups is going to my knees. Cheating for pull ups is basically jumping so I am in the top pull up position, lowering myself slowly and then trying to pull myself up as much as I can. I had to cheat a lot for the pull ups. Also, going to start playing tennis, basket ball and some other sports more to hopefully drop the 15 pounds I have gained since my wedding last year.
