Its just a quirk of the system, I mean in all reality its rather meaningless, but its also something small to discuss or at least take notice of as you're perusing the threads.

What I don't understand is the post-type bigotry, either they all count, or we should get rid of them altogether. Stop picking forums out for exclusion. We're all here and taking part in FOFC whether its talking football, or Werewolf or pumpy's penis, its all FOFC. If you're going to have a post count at all, then count it all, otherwise just turn off the counter altogether.

I wish there was a counter for how many beers I've drank in my life. The beers that represented round numbers would certainly get extra attention. I'd even compare my count with others.

I disagree that they don't ad anything though Schmidty. I believe that WW actually helps bond this community as a whole. Anyone who has spent time playing the game can attest to the fact that we get to know one another far better for it and that translates into a tighter knit community overall.

The same for all the sub forums, people use them to interact with other forum members, and interaction is what FOFC is all about.

So I still believe its an all or nothing, there is no valid reasoning for discriminating against any one forum group, either all posts count or none should.

Getting rid of them altogether would be the simplest answer, and end the arguments utterly. I have no real opinion either way, but if they stay they should be all inclusive. If they go, they go, and no big whoop.

Well when you upgrade VB it sometimes becomes difficult to upgrade the skins. Usually they work regardless of upgrade, until the VB team makes major changes and then you are screwed and have to fix it or drop it.
