You know, seriously, there should be a time limit on the rights to the next IWS. Maybe a month. If the winner doesn't post a new one, then the 2nd place should get the rights, etc. In the case of multiple winners, maybe the first to lay claim after 30 days.

Weird.. I've been a part of two IWS's and even won one of them and guess what... I was just thinking about this this morning. What a weird coincidence.
