Interior Possessions Insurance

Or whatever it's called... insuring the interior of your place (condo in my case).

Anyway, I have a bunch of stuff on a quote I received, but there's three items under "Additional Coverage" that take up $105 of the $250/year price.

I'm just wondering if anyone can answer for me whether they've had similar coverage to these: sewer backup, identity theft, and by laws ($25,000)?

I can see the first two being pretty useful... no idea what the third one even means, but the first two add teh most to the cost per year.

could be a HOA assement protection type thing. Without actually seeing the policy or coverage can't say for sure, but that's what I'd assume it to be.

Best bet is ask the agent/company doing the quote that's what they are getting paid for either through a comission or premium.
