Sorry, but I am so happy to see this I had to share!!

Stars goalie Marty Turco went through his third straight workout
Thursday and he appears to be in pretty good shape.

Good enough shape that the Stars will not rule out a possible return
next Tuesday in Vancouver, according to the Dallas Morning News.

At the same time, the Morning News reported Thursday that Turco may
not be back until March 31, when the Stars kick off a three-game
homestand to end the regular season.

The bottom line is that Turco is doing better than at any time since
suffering the ankle sprain on February 11.

The return is still up in the air, but there seems to be some
optimism that he is getting closer to a return.

At this point, as long as he's back for the playoffs, I'm not NEARLY as concerned as I was. WHOOOOOT!!

You may now return to your regularly scheduled dogpile. :D

I think it'll be good to have the Stars at fill strength in the playoffs. Thay way the Stars will be at full strength if they meet up with the Wild, Dallas fans won't be able to use injuries as an excuse for losing to them.

Heh, and if it's not the Wild, it'll be the Oiler's bouncing them in the opening round ;)

Ture, but as a Minnesota fan it'd just feel a lot better to see the Wild do it :D

Current Standings:
2. Vancover - 97
3. Dallas - 97
...
6. Anaheim - 86
7. Minnesota - 85

I can see things changing shortly

Now if we could ensure that Guerin will be around for the post season and at full strength...

I've seen it all now, McKerney is pretending to know hockey. We want no part of Dallas in the first round! It would be better to play Vancouver or St Louis, but not Dallas.

dola-I'm saying it again, aren't you glad that they kept Turco Sach? I told you that he was the real deal.

I'm concerned, since he's on both of my fantasy teams and is KILLING ME!

Cards: Yes, I'm glad we kept Turco. I don't know how he will do in the playoffs, but with a rookie, you just never know. Tonights game should be a barn burner!

Mckerney: OOPS! I didn't realize that Anaheim had passed Minnesota. Silly me!

The Wild have a couple games at hand though.
