What would cause this?
In my MP league we have 2 teams with 0 Cohesion across the board and then we have 2 other teams with 0 Cohesion in defense.
What would cause this? Should I be concerned and contact support?

No clue really. Did they try anything really funky with training camp settings?
In the PFL after PSwk1, we had 11 teams showing 0's across the board and 1 other team showing 0's in defense/secondary.

Do either of these leagues have multiple commishes? Is it somehow possible that there are some files that aren't up to date on the simmer's machine?
Again, no real clue here, just spitballing.

Could it be that they have a bunch of rookies and FAs in there who have never played together?

A zero though for that? I could see if you "cleaned house" and signed 53 new guys but if you add lets say 20 Rookies or FA's, you still have 33 guys that have played together at least prior to the current year. Did someone steal their "remembers"?

Well here is the update...
Everyone went to a rated number after the sim....
The teams made roster moves, rookie signings and FA signings but nothing major.
It was glaring enough that owners asked me on it. But now its gone I don't know what to say.

It would appear that teams without depth charts set show 0 cohesion. As Yoda mentioned, in the PFL we have 11 such teams, and the one thing they all have in common is no depth charts.

Everyone should have depth charts set by Preseason Week 3. After Preseason Week 1 is another story.
