Travis Henry under arrest following alleged cocaine deal

DENVER -- Federal authorities say former Denver Broncos running back Travis Henry has been arrested following an alleged cocaine deal.

The Drug Enforcement Administration says Henry is being held pending the filing of federal drug charges in federal court Wednesday in Denver.

The DEA says Henry and James Mack were arrested Tuesday after a "multikilogram cocaine transaction" in the Denver suburb of Centennial.

You'd think that he would have had the decency to sign with Cincinnati first.

Poor Travis Henry. He always seemed to pull through for me in fantasy football. Oh well...

I don't see Scottie Pippen or Shawn Kemp doing this.

Come to think of it, 20 years may be the break he is looking for in order to get away from child support. You want how much? :banghead: Get in line... I'm going to prison!

Too little too late. If he pulls this off last week they probably get him instead of Benson. Instead it looks like a bitter attempt to get some attention from the Cowboys.

I feel for Travis Henry now because he is in a whole heap of trouble and not very smart. This will end badly, but I am pulling for ya Travis.

He should be commended for finding a new job so quickly in this economy.

Lemme just go ahead and highlight the only part of this story that brings me any comfort:

I liked Travis back here in the Buff. He was a really solid RB, and didn't seem like such a fruit loop. I agree, kudos to the Bills for sending him packing before the wheels fell off.

Didn't he get in trouble for peddling drugs at Tennessee too?

The whole part with him making threats on peoples lives is most likely going to solidify him being in jail till his offspring are NFL draft eligible

Copy of the affidavit. Henry sounds like a real winner. He is a true cocaine dealer, threatening to kill families if people don't get him his money.

Also, when busted by the cops, Henry tried to flee but was tackled after a short pursuit.

How many yards did he gain?

I remember right after he signed he got in trouble for soliciting a minor..I guess training camp to him meant something else entirely
