This is really weird, but everytime I come to FOFC and go to the Off Topic section, it takes me to this thread

<TABLE class=tborder id=threadslist cellSpacing=1 cellPadding=4 width="100%" align=center border=0><TBODY id=threadbits_forum_6><TR><TD class=alt1 id=td_threadstatusicon_68309>http://operationsports.com/fofc/images/styles/sideline/statusicon/thread_dot_hot_new.gif </TD><TD class=alt2> </TD><TD class=alt1 id=td_threadtitle_68309 title="Not confirmed on ESPN yet, but http://www.profootballtalk.com/2008/10/14/lions-trade-roy-williams-to-cowboys/">http://operationsports.com/fofc/images/styles/sideline/buttons/firstnew.gif (http://operationsports.com/fofc/showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=68309) Cowboys trade for DET Roy Williams (http://operationsports.com/fofc/showthread.php?t=68309) (http://operationsports.com/fofc/images/styles/sideline/misc/multipage.gif 1 (http://operationsports.com/fofc/showthread.php?t=68309) 2 (http://operationsports.com/fofc/showthread.php?t=68309&page=2) 3 (http://operationsports.com/fofc/showthread.php?t=68309&page=3))

like it was the last one posted. All other forums I get the right day and post to view-only happens on Off Topic. If I go to page 2, then back to page 1, I get the correct page with correct threads. However, when I enter any thread and click back to page 1, I get the wrong page again.

My computer clock is not messed-up. I tried marking all as read. I saw nothing unusual in any user CP thing that I looked at.

Anyone ever had this happen to them? Any thoughts/ideas I can try to resolve the problem? Should I pm Ryan or someone else? This SUCKS :banghead:

(yeah, yeah, Cowboys fan/karma, blah, blah...next idea?)

Have you cleared your browser's cache?

Did disk cleanup. Cleared cache. Defragged drive.

Anything else to try?

May be related, don't know, but all the ads are really loading slowly.

Memory tie-up of some kind?

I always have problems with FOFC, and this is the only site I have this issue. It is not exactly the same problem you have, but pretty similar.. I often will get to the point where no matter what I click on, it either takes me to the same thread, or doesn't take me to anything at all.

The only way I can fix it is go into my cookies and specifically delete the cookie for operationsports.com. Once I do that, I obviously have to log back in, but everything works as normal. I found just logging out and back in didn't fix this, I always have to manually delete that cookie. Maybe give that a try.

Probably has something to do with you not using Firefox and Adblocker.

There are people who don't use Firefox and/or adblocker???

That worked, for whatever reason. Thanks a bunch.
