I have a question....the guy i pulled is 18...and has a value of $716 000 Canadian.....

Any ideas on what kinda value a keeper needs before he "pops"to the next level?

You suck. Yes, you do.

Havok . . . the general advice for Youth Club below passable is keepers since they would only need one rating to turn out well.

I have a question.

If my youth team's status is poor .

Does that necessarily mean my youth pull will never be good? Like how you guys pulled a Solid Keeper... It's because your youth club is in better status than Poor right?

if that's so... i thinking about not pulling a youth up until my club is in excellent or soemthing

sony -

Youth pull is always a crapshoot. The higher rated youth squads just have a better chance of pulling a good player. You can still pull decent players with a poor youth squad.

Got a solid wing for the 2nd week in a row. This weeks was 17, last weeks was 18. Who to sell, who to sell . . .

and the Pintendre Pittbulls are proud to announce the firing of a wretched keeper for the third week in a row. Some tradition, I could do without...

You have to choose to pull a player each week.

In your team menu, goto "The Club". On the screen that comes up choose "Test Youth Player".

And if you now pull a player with any rating better than poor...

Who are you guys playing in the Cup? I got to draw a brand new team out of D6. His first game will be against me.

Do you guys really keep a guy with poor ratings? For me, if one of the main skills, scoring playmaking, defending, keepeing aren't inadequate or higher, he is gone.

EVERYONE in the first round is playing a series VI team, almost certainly a bot team. (generated by the computer to fill out the league, as I don't think anyone has been assigned to VI yet)

A good majority of people will be playing VI bots in the second round, as well.

In other words...we're almost guaranteed 2 PIC'd cup wins. Nice cash.

Does PIC and MOTS have an effect on cup games (I know they don't on friendlies)?

vex

Not near as nice cash if we had been the home teams.

Yes, PIC and MOTS have an effect on Cup games as they are considered "competitive".

Havok

do you get extra money from Cup wins?? as opposed to friendly's??

NevStar

attendence for Cup matches is similar to league matches (I think).

2/3 revenue to home team, 1/3 to away.
