My wife loves bleu cheese dressing and I hate it but I made her this as part of our anniversary dinner last year and even I loved it. I added extra bleu to make it chunky. If you like the dressing or know someone that does, try this:

I tried bleu cheese for the first time in over twenty years the other day, and it wasn't as gross as I remembered it being. I would still choose Ranch over it, but I won't refuse to eat it from now on...
