You can get Football Manager 2009 from a US-based company from GoGamer.com

I've ordered from them in the past, as have others on this forum. They are a good company and you can choose various shipping options. It's much cheaper here than ordering from a UK-based shop and having it imported (which, I believe, is your only other option for getting FM).

You're right. I should have read a little more closely. I had to do a google search to find out what FMM is - I am assuming you are looking for a version of "Football Manager Modifier" for WWSM. I haven't used FM Scout for years, but according to this website, this file should be compatible with WWSM download version:
