It sounds like it may be a stroke. From the AP'

Associate Attorney General Kevin O'Connor says Mukasey began shaking during a speech to the Federalist Society and collapsed. He did not immediately regain consciousness.

He was sent to GW hospital, but there's no word yet on his status. God Bless.

The descriptions definitely sound like a stroke or a seizure of some sort. Reports are that he is awake, alert and speaking so hopefully it is not too serious.
