I got my e-mail that it shipped from there team in Leeds. Now, I have to wait 1-4 weeks, say's the e-mail anyway. I ordered from Gameplay.com has anyone else gotten an e-mail?

I'm getting mine posted to me by a friend back home on Friday morning, so I should have it 5-7 days after friday.
Didn't do the order from a company this time, as the last version took too long to get here.
4th or 5th of April I should be starting to destroy the careers of some talented players :D

Ugh. Someone here talked me out of Gameplay so I could save a few dollars preordering elsewhere. Now I got the bad feeling I'll be waiting months. :(

I think it was like an extra 10 bucks for shipping right?? I cant remember.

Normal delivery time for stuff coming across the atlantic is 5-7 days - 2 days that end before it gets on a plane, 1 day in transit, and 2 days to be delivered in the US (if a package takes 7 it was quite a slow delivery). So you should have it in a week to 10 days (just my estimate as they will be mass mailing to 100s of people), i figure they put 1-4 weeks on these things to cover themselves just incase of problems.

Out of the four times I have ordered CM, Gameplay got it to me the slowest. I wouldn't worry about it that much.

I paid, after shipping, just under 50 dollars total; pricewise, I don't really see a reason to wait that long.

i just got my email saying it shipped also....i am happy, i just randomly picked a place to order it from a list over at sigames.com....i guess i got lucky and picked the one that ships the fastest....now i just have to wait 1-4 weeks.
edit: i ordered from gameplay also.

Ok, I take back my whining. My order 'dispatched' yesterday. Of course it says it should arrive in 1-3 days (yeah right). Somewhere between the 1-3 days and 1-4 weeks being quoted elsewhere is probably about right.

Anybody got a line on where an uninitiated newbie could get a hold of a copy of CM4. I have to admit that I'm interested enough in the discussions of the game to want to give it a whirl.

Besides, how could anybody walk away from what several FOFCers have called the holy grail of sports management sims.
Besides, which, there's a hook. I played soccer all the way through high school, so I know at least something about the tactics. I played badly, but still enough to enjoy watching it.
Thanks for the line on this one though.

If you have your order reference number you can go their website and check the status of your order. Mine was "dispatched" on Wednesday...which I took to mean sent out, not killed. ;)

Special Reserve sent me a email the day AFTER mine was despatched... meaning i was checking the page i got when i ordered daily this week :)
so it was despatched before i got the despatched email. It says 1-3 days.. but i'd be thrilled with anything under 10 working days :)

Neuqua they should have sent you a email with a link to your direct tracking page.. if thats coming up maybe its not processed yet..
If you can't call, I'd at least fire off an email to them. That looks like they've lost your order to me.
Ouch...just saw you can't email them.

I ordered 2 weeks ago.. If i was you neuqua.. i'd call up my bank and check and see if any charges from special reserve were on your statement.. might be best way to go
That's a good idea. I know they charged me when I ordered (not when they shipped).

If you go to your bank.. they are probably going to instruct you to call the # on the back of your card.. espcially being its near 5pm :)
You'll probably get better service through them anyway

Well, just a quick update, I ended up going to the bank and printed out my statement. It looks as though the money was never taken in the first place so I think I'm ok. Their email suggested they'd take the money as soon as they processed the CC.

They charged me the MOMENT it cleared.. as my bank has online order protection in the form of a pop up that informs me when a charge to my credit card is made via a online site.. kinda neat.. so it sounds like to me your order never processed at all
