Currently, I use a script provided by Twitter to show my Twitter posts on the right sidebar of my blog:

What I would like to accomplish, is have the script show any Twitter posts that are directed toward me as well, like the posts shown on this page (scroll down a bit, it's in the center):
St. Louis Cardinals news, MLB baseball schedule, stats, forums, photos & videos (http://www.stltoday.com/sports/cards/)
So basically I'd like to show posts that I write, but also those written by others that are @PitchersHit8th.
I'm hoping this is a pretty simple thing to accomplish, I just don't have the programming knowledge to make it happen.
Anyone here that can help?
