Happy Birthday Alf!
Thanks, that's my wife birthday today too ! Easier to remember :D
dola, for the house question : we are right at halftime. It should be delivered on time as scheduled (mid to late July).
It is covered and windows have been put now. They are building the inner walls this week and next week.
I attach "an old" picture before my ski vacation (photos are from mid february)

Not to threadjack or anything, but one of the funniest things I have ever read was the german to english computer translation of a method statement on testing PVC piping (pretty boring stuff in itself)... I was litteraly rolling on the floor laughing...

I also agree on that 1971 is an excellent vintage year... :)
(BTW, I understand some written French, but can't form a sentence for the life of me. But I plan to learn it some time)
It looks like it'll be a beautiful home!

Happy Birthday Alf.
I hope all goes well with the house. We just sent the plans and specifications for our new house out for bids yesterday. We're still in the pre-game show, which has gone on forever (kind of like the Super Bowl pre-game). I'm anxious to kickoff!

Boy, I'm a late or what?
Like my little sister used to sing:
Boniversairre at twoi!
That's bad pronounced French for: "Fijne verjaardag!"
