Free agent offers ?

Hi,
I need your help.
I finished my first season and named my franchise player but I can't figure out how to make a free agent offer. I went to the free agent screen and then brought up the player screen I want but now I don't see what to do next.
Could you please tell me where to click in a very simple but precise way.

Are you in the free agency stages? You can't make any free agent offers until after the staff hiring is done and you start free agency.

Also in week one of Free Agency you can't make offers to players on other teams or players that are unrestricted free agents

Yes and yes. I am in the "2nd" phase of free agency.

In the lower left corner should be a "Make Offer" button or something similar, I forget the exact wording. The button that is "View Contract" or "Negotiate Salary" for guys already on your roster.
