I wiped my computer clean and reinstalled my operating system, then realized I had lost my e-license. I have e-mailed the e-license support address three times and gotten an automated response with a ticket number, but no further response after that (and yes, I have double-checked that it didn't get treated as spam). Does anyone out there have any advice as to what I might do to handle this situation? I really like the game but I flat out refuse to pay another 30 dollars to buy it again.

Have patience. They'll get back to you, but it can sometimes take a day or so. They are real good at getting you set back up. I've had to do this numerous times.

Okay, and thanks for the information. I'll give them a few more days before raising any kind of a fuss.

I can only agree with this. The elicense support was helpful for me on several occasions. Including reinstating a lost ("formatted") license.
