Hi guys
Just wondering what side the Strong Side (and Weak Side) Linebackers line up, when your running a 43 Defence, and the Offence is playing in a formation with NO Tightends?
This is probably a NOOB question, but as I`ve never played the game I thought i`d ask.
cheers

The slot receiver side is the strong side in most systems I've come across. In a balanced look (for example, 2 wr's shortside, 2 wr's wideside), left is usually called strongside for righthanded qb's.
Of course, this is all system-defined, so it may vary drastically, and i have no clue whatsoever how its handled in FOF.

Interesting point.
FOF seems to follow gaming tradition (see Statis Pro)and line up strong side right.
Field wisdom is strong side is left to protect the QBs blindside.
But then why is LT so important if he has TE help, that would mean it's the RT that's on his own?
Long live the spread...

But you (or you coach) can call strong right or strong left in any formation.

Sure, but unless you're perfectly 50-50 on them you would expect to see one side more commonly made strongside?

It's a noob question in the sense that I can't possibly imagine how it could matter at all.
