Hank Aaron is listed in MLB2k9 as the career HR leader at 755.

The reason I know it's not a political statement on steroids/PEDs?

Mark McGwire is listed as the single season record holder with 70.

Bonds withdrew from the MLBPA a few years ago so he could charge more for his licensing rights and such, and nobody's ever played ball, at least that I've seen.

So what really amounts to a licensing issue ends up looking instead like complete disavowal in a game with a San Francisco Giants' cover athlete.

Based on the ruling regarding fantasy baseball couldn't they have included his numbers even without him being part of the MLBPA licensing?

MLB The Show lists those numbers and just uses a generic name I believe.
