Well, I just got a job today. It's not what I really wanted, but I'm tired of sitting home collecting unemployment. It's been a really depressing way to live.

Besides, this is just going to be a temporary job because I know another one that I DO want is opening in July or August.

Good luck CW! Hope it comes through for you. I've had one solid interview for a job that didn't pay nearly enough, wish they'd talked about that a lot sooner. Put in a bunch of resumes. I'm still looking for that perfect job. Odds are the Bengals win a Super Bowl before I find it though.

Booyah. Got an offer today, and there's still a second company (who is first on my list) that is making a decision tuesday. I told the first place I'd be in to fill out the paperwork for the background check monday morning, and if I don't hear anything by tueday, I'm taking it.

I'm developing/upgrading software for a company who contracts out to the IL Dept of Corrections to track parolees. The server room hosts the hardware that also track those lovely little ankle bracelets.

So if you're a felon in Illinois or Colorado, I shall know all about you. :)
