She never really did anything for me before, but I must admit, somewhat ashamedly, that watching her now on Sportscenter I find her kind of hot in some way I can't explain. All flirting with the camera and winking at me.

I've always had a thing for Hannah Storm, even through my high school/college years and I am enjoying the "respect" she has gotten as of late. We had a pretty humorous email thread the other day where pretty much the same group of buddies from high school all apologized and recognized my talent to spot hotness.

I mean honestly, that Espn snapshot at the top looks like we were in the middle of a hot night of passion when she said, "really, stop. I have to go do Sportscenter in 50 minutes." and then 20 minutes later was like, "Seriously. I have to go. I have to do the show in 30 minutes." than 15 minutes later she was like, "We cant be doing this I'm on in 15 minutes." and on her way out the door she just threw on one of my shirts....because Im a lumberjack in this dream.

I think it's her lack of a Y chromosome that got Kornheiser suspended. Call me a pessimist, but a woman commenting on the clothes of a guy (even if it can in any way be interpreted as sexual) and it's a non-issue.

I listen to TK's show (podcast) each day. He does this often, and this seemed nothing out of the ordinary for him.

He also apologized for this, and reported about it on his show. Surprised the suspension came well after the fact (and after his apology).

I hate Hannah Storm. I do not agree with Tony's sausage-casing comment but she looked like she was going to go out to a skank club, not to be on a sports show.

Then again, ESPN (especially Sportscenter) is all but unwatchable now, except in rare instances, so maybe it doesn't matter. I assure you, her being dressed that way is NOT going to draw more female viewers.

As a side note, everybody calling Kornheiser "TK" is really throwing me off.

I don't mind Lebatard actually but if they try to go with Adande, Mariotti, or Bob Ryan after this week the suspension will be costing them at least one viewer until his return. Don't understand why this couldn't be handled behind closed doors. I knew nothing about it until he wasn't on the show, aren't they drawing attention to it by suspending him?

Actually, internet scuttlebutt has it that Mr. Tony was not only suspended over Storm, but for comments regarding Chris Berman gaining back most, if not all, of his NutriSystem weight. And that the head honcho at ESPN is tight with the Schwami.

Most of my friends agree that they should just have a really well endowed woman or a woman with a bunch of cleavage do these interviews. (Erin Andrews is cute but she hardly meets either of these criteria) We don't pay attention anyways, this might get our attention. You will probably have bigger name players that will be willing to do an interview so they can talk to a hot chick. It's a win/win.

EDIT: Now that I think about it I guess Hannah Storm moved up from those interviews to anchor. I would still hire a hot chick for my anchor as well.

Not at all. ESPN has a very strict policy of no-bashing-anything-ESPN-related. Add in that Tony's comments were cross gender, appearance related (not to mention demeaning) and this suspension is not all that surprising. I don;'t think it has anything to do with Storm being more powerful than Mr Tony - his show is highly rated and cheap to produce.

What is demeaning was ESPN encouraging Hannah Storm come on SportsCenter dressed like a Catholic schoolgirl. It purports to be a news show. I don't even think the Foxy News babes go on camera looking like that. And if they are, Kornheiser should hammer them, too.

Are male anchors asked to come out in tight outfits that show of their pecs? Maybe hot pants to show of their packages?

She looked ridiculous and I have no problem with Mr. Tony saying so. He's right about Berman, too. That tub of goo should have been released years ago.

But the same outfit on the same woman in any office is going to draw negative commentary, just like it did from Tony K. Heck, I've heard far worse said about far less questionable wardrobe decisions.

Difference is that he has a much bigger audience than most office pundits.

I have worked in a professional office building -- suit and tie required -- for almost 20 years. I have never seen a woman come in wearing knee-high red suede boots.

I concede that I work in one of the most conservatively-attired environments in the country.
