I check the Mt. St. Helen webcam once in a while, just to make sure it hasn't blow up again. It has been down lately though, so I am left with checking the news in case it really did blow.

Yeah, the activity at Mt. St. Helens has slowed down a bit. I'm sure we'll see an increase again at some point this year.

You should be ok though if it does go off, if you're still in Texas. Now, if the volcano under Yellowstone blew up...that one will affect just about everyone.

It shouldn't affect us here in KC. We've contracted Kansas and Nebraska to cushion the blow.

Just took a look at the Geyser Cam. Looking a bit snow-covered in Yellowstone. Definitely looks much quieter and more peaceful than the city.
