4 Fast 4 Furious?

Anyone goin? The trailer was somewhat exciting. I liked the first one as much as one can like a cheesy pop movie.

I came into this week wanting to see it, but I am a big believer in most critics (as a whole) picking the stinkers. So rottentomatoes.com is usually pretty reliable, and this one getting lambasted right now. That's a shame. Such potential bringing back the cast from the first movie.

Maybe the lack of the 2 "The's" in the title killed it. And it's not like the first one was genious or anything, I wouldn't expect this one to get very good reviews.

I do appreciate their ingenuity in coming up with a title that both lets you know what franchise it's part of, and how many of them there have been. This is why I was hoping for 5 more Alien movies, so we could have been blessed with 8liens

I think this movie is a prime example of the economic times we're in.. these actors all needed more work, and this was the ticket that got most of them into the show in the first place..

Only obvious they'd try to throw some crap together and see how many people they could dupe.

The first was good, everything after that is as cliche as the next dance-off movie.

Its actually called Fast & Furious fwiw. I can only hope the the next one is called Furious and Fast.

Of course, Karl's probably an Alien auteur and doesn't recognize anything after Alien 3 (an Alien snob wouldn't recognize anything after Aliens).
