Hey Guys;

I got a cool logo all lined up and I want to do fantasy wrestling.
so if you know any fantasy wrestling games let me know, if they have outputs even better I heard of Total Extreme Wrestling but I didn't know if it did outputs or not... any info is greatly appreciated either freeware or paid.

Thanks in advance;
Shane

or this one if you wanted to try a freebie. Its not deep but its fun matching a couple wrestlers up for a quick match.

Totally not what you're after, but maybe someone might know the title of this DOS based Text Wrestling sim I used to play.

It was VERY basic graphics, just white text on a black background IIRC, but you could create your own wrestler, set up his basic attributes, give him a special move (including what kind of a move it was, off the ropes, submission, etc), and then the actual fights themselves you could choose an action (punch, kick, grab, etc.) and it would sim the move selected and any backlash until you won or lost, then it would record your fighters win/loss stats.

Ring a bell for anyone?

sadly I think I know the game your thinking of Groundhog, however it has no output and that's kinda what I'm looking for to make my life easier.

Was it one of Adam Ryland's older games? Extreme Warfare 9000? Extreme Warfare Deluxe? A version of EW prior to 9000?

Actually I think I'm way off. I think Rylands older games were booker sims.

Noop - Quite a few of the plug-ins designed for TNM were pay-to-play. FWIW, these aren't browser plug-ins, they're add-ons that work with the game itself, he called them plug-ins before I ever remember hearing the term in conjunction with web browswers. (not sure whether you have a TNM background & know that already or not)

Ahhh nice link, I'll have to check some of these out when I get home. Just from the description and the name, I think it might have been Wrestling League Simulator. Man, I spent some hours playing that back in the day.

Speaking of awesome, while looking to find something like that list of links I posted earlier I found this blog post from a couple of weeks ago:
JT706's Blog :: Expanded universes: The Slam Masters Wrestling Association (http://www.destructoid.com/blogs/JT706/expanded-universes-the-slam-masters-wrestling-association-127130.phtml)

I know there are at least a few old TNM'ers around here so this apparently random tribute to Kirk McCullough's work on the Slam Masters Wrestling Association ought to be a cool trip down memory lane. I hadn't thought about Chris Hillsman, Titan Tim Redbury, Zangief, or Alexander The Grater in years but I sure did remember 'em once I did.

Oh man. The death match in that game was epic.
