Are you guys carrying workers comp coverage? I'm curious because the company that contracts us is now staying we need our own comp coverage. My work would be similar to a FedEx driver. Own vehicle and expenses. Except I'm a drug dealer and I know it. State in question is PA but the majority of my work is done in Ohio. I need to find a way out of this 1800 dollar Fuck you pay me situation. I know its only like 35 bucks a week but the all up front part is going to make me visit the bank of dad. Anyone dealt with any shit like this? Apparently the sole proprietor exception can not be my friend
And I'm also afraid once I pay in they are then going to go back and go after me for last year when I supposedly didn't need to have it.

I should add that the majority of my objection is that even when I pay Pennsylvania I won't be covered if something happens in Ohio

You only have to pay in the state that your business is based in. If that is PA then you're still covered when you operate in Ohio because your base of operations is PA.

Haha. Didn't even think about that. Michael has a problem with getting caught though.

I highly recommend netflixing Cocain Cowboys on how to properly run your drug running business. Unfortunately, you always have to worry about a snitch bringing your operation down.
