I guess the Pentagon is just investigating and keeping an eye on him. My guess is they let it slide. Most reporters have given a general idea of location and what the battleplan is and with much better maps than the one he drew in the sand.

If he does it again, I'm sure he'll be booted. But my guess again is they let it slide.

i would to to profoundly apologise to the proud and great nation of moustachioed men for my truly inappropriate comment in this thread. i feel ashamed to have stooped to such lows in these most troubled of times. these men, these great men, who strut this wonderful planet of ours sporting the most perfect of whiskers do not deserve such a fate, and i bow my head in acknowledgement of my rash comment. i hope that the great nation of moustachioed men will stroke their facial hair thoughtfully, then forgive me for the moment where i just went too far.

i feel honoured to be able to enter this tangled mess of electrons and rub shoulders with these heroes. to lose this priviledge would destroy me.

Well at least he'll still be able to report made up stories about battles he's seen!

Any chance he was interviewing the "human shields" on the bus they were using to travel around Iraq?

One can always hope...
