Thought I'd take a crack on here and see if anyone has one. For some reason mine took a crap on me although I've never heard of that before. I'm confident it is in fact the AC supply and not the battery.

If you do have one, or know where I can get one at a decent price instead of the outrageous prices at Best Buy and Toshiba's website, let me know.

Do you know who the seller was? There are a boatload of them selling products, all of which seem to be okay but I always worry on something that is fairly cheap yet considered new.

Is your laptop still under warranty? Stuff like the AC will be covered occasionally.

Unfortunately, no.

I bought one on Ebay for my Dell laptop a year ago and it kind of sucks. Doesn't recharge while I'm using the computer. Still much cheaper than going through Dell directly. Just saying that there is sometimes a reason it's so cheap.

That's why I'm hoping for find a balance. $25 seems way too cheap but $100 seems outrageous.

I own Toshiba Satellite (has been GREAT laptop), but cord went out on me a while back too. I bought on ebay for somewhere $20-40. Been great.

I buy stuff like that on ebay as well. If the part from Toshiba costs $100, then you have 5 $20 chances to meet or beat that price.

I picked one up from Amazon dealer for $28. Like to think it's a little safer going through Amazon but who knows. Thanks guys.

A kid smashed the power supply to my wife's powerbook back when she was a teacher. I think it was 90 bucks.
