The Future Shock - Part 1 - Zane Figiam (http://www.thefutureshock.com/index.html)
This is a great story, evidently this guy was just minding his own business when a few people decided to pull a hoax that got incredibly elaborate and took 3 years to complete. the story is worth reading when you have time, linked above.

Alright, I actually read the whole thing, and I don't know about prank, but the planning and ability to pull the whole thing off was impressive. However I couldn't escape the idea that the whole thing was....weird. Too bad they couldn't get an "A" for their project.

I pulled the hidden ball trick on a 7th grader at school playing softball. That was a better prank I think. :)

“Yes, my Gnome.” He said gently, and pulled out of the parking lot.
I made it to that part, and then I decided I'd go back to doing something less homoerotic, like licking my own asshole.

Haha.. Clearly I have managed to divide FOFC down the middle on this one.
I do agree its way over the top and borderline as far as being defined as a prank, more of a social experiment, I guess.
Overall I was amazed with the resulting story and thought it was worth sharing. Didn't quite feel inspired to put my tongue in my ass though. :)

I read the first page, but it seemed stupid and I stopped. I will not regret that decision.

I first read about some of this years and years ago, then forgot all about it. Kinda satisfying to both read the story to its conclusion. I knew it was going to be something like what happened, but I assumed Kolin was in on it too.
