Offer withdrawn due to lack of cap room

i have a rookie in a MP league who I have been trying to sign but each week his offer is withdrawn due to lack of cap room. However, the offer should easily fit under the cap. Anyone have any ideas what I need to do? Thanks in advance.

probably update your FOF to the latest version. Salaries are handled a bit differently and the old version will show you as having more cap room than you actually have. I think the latest version is 6.1b.
