Since the links are to an April Fools' page and a link to the real CNN, was this a hack job or a joke by CNN?

I can't imagine it was CNN.

As for the "hack", it certainly seems like somebody messed with the DNS, but I'm not sure how. I believe changes take a good bit of time to propogate.
