I have the 4th edition cd and my cd key works and i get the game installed...my question is how do i get the patches for the game. the game comes with some huge bugs that make it unplayable right off the bat so it needs to be patched...any suggestions

Is there no answer to this question. I need the patch for "The Fourth Edition" cd version. The official web page does not have it. The game is no playable without a patch. After i start the game all the players turn into tackles. It has happened on two different machines.

If I recall, the part that has your last name should not be capitalized.

I thought it was just that it had to match EXACTLY (case and everything) what it says on the printed invoice?

That's correct. But if I recall, capitalizing the last name (which is lowercase by default, iirc) is the most common error. That's why I emphasized it.

Thanks...i figured it out about the last name being lower case...anyway one last question about the 4th Edition. Was there ever a patch for it or do i have to roll as is?

I'm pretty sure there was, but it doesn't seem to be available any more. FOF 4 is now a few versions old. It seems likely there will be a new version of the game released sometime in the 'near' future.
