View Full Version : Can I disable old PC to use FOF on new PC?

i have run out of computers to run FOF.
however, ive bought a new laptop and no longer wnat to run FOF on the old one. can i move the license from it to the new one, or will i have to pay again?

You should be able to. Folks at elicense ought to be able to help if needed, they tend to be pretty responsive.

If the elicense control panel (in the control panel) won't open, or you can't get a dialog box to unlicense the game, try launching fof2007.exe with the unlicense command.

i.e. from the FOF directory, run "FrFoot2007.exe -unlicense".

try [email protected] with the email address and name you used to order the game and they should be able to help you. Good Luck.

ya but you can do it yourself in your control panel. find the ea license icon and then choose to unlicense FOF on that computer, but make sure to write down the license number, then just install the game on the new computer and input your license and your good to go. no waiting for an email from them.

Or simply right-click the exe of the program and go to elicense control --> unlicense. Under product receipt you can check your license #, if needed.
