If I get an email with a long link, one which extends across multiple lines on my BB screen, I cannot click on it. There is also not an option to open it. I can copy it, but in the browser (Opera), I cannot paste so what's the point?

I called Sprint and they told me I had to update to the latest version 4.5. I did, and no change!

Anyone know? I don't want an Iphone so let it die. F Apple.

I do not get that option. I have the Curve 8380 (or it is 8330?) and I have these options:

Confirm Delivery
Confirm Read
Send Read Receipts

Also, I'm not receiving emails regularly anymore. I recently formatted my computer and remember this happening then too...I know it's all turned on...what am I missing here for BOTH problems???!!

I'm on a storm 9530 with 4.7x OS.

If you search at crackberry.com you might be able to find the answer there.

You have to upgrade your software, most likely at a Verizon store. My roommate just got a new (old) Curve, same as mine, same as yours, just the newest form of the 8330 and he has HTML email (and weirdly enough, Facebook pictures show up on some of his friends in his address book, including me, and we have no idea how it works. edit: just saw that it's a new version of Facebook for BB, v.1.5).

My phone doesn't have the enable HTML option, but my clicking of links works. Have you tried a full power down (taking out the battery)?

Hijacking this in an attempt to help my sister in law with her BB issue (also Curve 8330). She recently put an 8 GB SD card in the phone, and snapped 10-20 pics. But now when she tries to take more, she is getting a "full - can't save" message as if its trying to save to the internal memory. By looking through media card options, it's showing 7.3 gb of free space, and her camera options are set to save to the card, not the device.

Any idea what's causing that?

Make sure she is updated to the latest firmware for her curve, as the most recent ones allowed for sdhc support. Not sure if that's the culprit, but best I got.

html email w 4.5 - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com (http://forums.crackberry.com/f70/html-email-w-4-5-a-211363/)

Check this thread out. Something about service books.

I am on a curve 8330 and this is where I go for my options. Sounds like your software (or service books) is screwy. The most up to date software for the 83xx is 4.5.0.160.

Newest 8330 OS: v4.5.0.160 (Multilanguage) - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com (http://forums.crackberry.com/f52/newest-8330-os-v4-5-0-160-multilanguage-236552/)

EDIT: That link from SteveW looks to be dead on

Definitely re-send your services to the phone, and do a battery pull also.
