In Chan Ho's defense, he did face off with one of the better offenses in the league last year. That said, yeah, he sucks. :)

Heh I'm not taking anything away from the Angels, Chan Ho would do the same against our AAA club. He is garbage. They should move him to the #4 and let Colby Lewis take his lumps at #2 and find out if they have anything since this season is a waste.

For some reason I read the thread title as "Chan Ho Park is my brother" and thought, "I didn't know HFP was Korean."

I need to start getting more sleep at night...

I have nothing to contribute to this conversation except to say I had lunch with Colby Lewis last year. He seemed like a nice guy.

I have nothing to contribute to this conversation except to say I had a sandwich with Colby Jack Cheese last year. It seemed like a good cheese.

I asked for an hour for someone to take him before you finally did. Bless your soul.

Scott Boras is laughing his ass off all the way to the bank and thanking his lucky stars that Tom Hicks owns a baseball team.

Chan made progress yesterday!

3 IP 5 hits 4 runs 4 earned runs 3 BB 3 K's 1 HR

0-2 15.88 ERA

He lasted a 1/3 of an inning longer! You go Chan Ho!

He didn't miss a lot of bats, did he?

I give him credit, though. He handled the deal where ARod was hit properly. (Unlike the 'nads-challenged Mets pitchers.)

Heh the sad thing was:

1. He hit Edgar Martinez the leadoff batter on a 3-0 count.

2. He hit I forget who (I think it was Cameron) with the bases loaded.

Two of the "walks" were hit batsmen. I dont think he intentionally tried to hit Edgar anyways haha.

And the worst thing is they still show all of the games he pitches in in South Korea. At least they get their Chan Ho fix done in a jiffy.

Laf. I did not know the count was 3-0. That's a tad less impressive now. Hee hee. :)

Ok, Chan Ho has been abducted.

5 IP 3 Hits 1 R 1 ER 7 BB 5 K's 0 HR (he miraculously won)

1-2 9.28 ERA for the season.

He did continue his string of hitting a batter every game. 7 walks haha.

HFP-

This is way off topic, but do you know what happened on I-35 Friday night around the Lewisville Bridge area? I was stuck on the highway not moving an inch for about an hour tonight after work. It would have really sucked except that three of my coworkers were right there on the highway with me, so we just chilled together on the interstate until traffic started moving.

Oh, yeah, I know that really isn't your area on 35, but I thought that you might have heard something...

Hmmm there was something about a hazmat spill a couple miles north of the 635 turnpike, but I dont remember if it was I-35 North or not. Those usually close a highway down. I am not sure though.

Channy for some reason is resembling a major league pitcher. Stop this at once!

6 IP 5 H 2 R 2 ER 1 BB 2 K's 0 HR's

He didn't hit anybody either...

1-2 7.02 ERA

He got a no decision because one of our best fielders Michael Young decided to boot a grounder and they lost. :( Sad for my Rangers, but justice for Channy.

It almost looked like the Rangers threw a shutout the other day. I'm sure it was a mistake on the newspaper's part.

Hmmm what is going on here?

7 IP 8 Hits 4 R 4 ER 2 BB 3 K's 0 HR (they lost though)

1-3 6.46 ERA

For the 2nd consecutive game, Channy didn't hit anyone.
