A girl from our Carolina office uses them in emails. But she's ridiculously hot...and I mean real world hot, not workplace hot...so it's fine with me.

I'm going to North Carolina next week. Need pictures of the girl. Thanks.

Theyre not backwards smilies, thats a dude peering around the corner. Espionage smilies are the new thing.

I thought they were left-handed smileys.
I'm left-handed, and that smiley looks normal to me.
*shurg*
My wife forbid me from helping teach either of our kids how to tie their shoes or write because I'm left-handed. And one of my girls is left-handed, too. It's discrimination, I tell you! So screw you and your right-handed smileys!

Huh? Don't you still have to use your right hand to make a smiley? Do you cross your hands to type or something?

Rock on, lefties! That's pretty funny, since I don't think I tie my shoes the proper way, and have horrible handwriting (at least for cursive).

Great, now I have to photograph every hot girl in the Carolinas (since you didn't specify whether the office is in NC or SC) to share with the crowd here. I'm only going to be down there for about 28 hours. What makes you think I have time to do all this?

It's not about how you type it, but how you view it. It looks correct to me.
