Still one of the all-time great hockey highlights. If you freeze-frame, you can see the expression on the guy's face change from anger to surprise to pants-wetting terror.

"The suit also alleges that Collins joined in the battering. It also calls Comcast-Spectacor negligent for having a partition that gave way. Falcone, according to his lawyer, 'got the heck beat out of him, went to the hospital, had not a lot of treatment, but somebody has to pay for it.'" but somebody has to pay for it.'"
...and obviously it's not going to be me...

I only wish they couldn't also sue Darcy Tucker.
he wasn't involved, but he deserves to be sued for something.

There should be a limitation for this. 2 years is way too long to finally decide that you're going to sue.
Besides, he's the one who attacked Domi.

I'm pretty sure there is a statute of limitations.

This is my favorite part of the story:
Falcone maintains he leaned on the glass partition to grab the water bottle and protect nearby fans.
Oh my God! What a hero! He kept people from being sprayed with water out of a water bottle! He saved them from five or six minutes discomfort! This guy deserves an honorary place in the Turdbag Hall of Fame.

Um, if he was already drenched, shouldn't the water bottle be nearly if not completely empty by that point? I mean I know they hold a lot of everybodies favorite beverage, but seriously, they do run out at some point.
If I was the judge, I'd give him 5 minutes alone in a room with each of the people named in the suit so that he could do to them what they "allegedly" ;) did to him.
First up if you would Mr. Domi...

This reminds me of a note some girl at my HS left tucked under the windshield wipers of his car in the parking lot yesterday.
"When I was trying to park my car, your car was in the way and it caused me to break my tail light. Please call XXX between 5-8 PM tonight so that your insurance can pay for it. Sincerely, X"
This is one instance where I feel justified in saying "What a dumb broad."
