QB arm strength

I don't have the combine numbers on a QB I have as I joined the league midseason and the player was drafted in 2004 version.

My question is this.. He his highly rated but throws a lot of interceptions. Almost always its says the ball flutters..

Does that mean he has a weak arm?

More likely he has a low avoid interceptions bar, which is hidden. Someone in the league probably has his combine numbers, worth asking.

I figured he had a low AI bar but was wondering more if the line saying the ball flutters means anything in particular or is it just part of the way things come out in Solevision.

I doubt that message has anything to do with his skill set. It's either that or "tipped and intercepted."
